So I haven’t worked out since last Monday! I was very busy with school, then I was gone for 4 days, and then I got sick. Pretty sure I had a minor sun stroke. Feeling a little bit better, but disappointed that my eating habits are also starting to go downhill. Not eating enough lately, and have been eating some questionable foods in terms of - “is this really healthy?” type things…But starting this weekend I am going to get back on track! I really want to start working out again, but I now have a massive horrible sun burn on my back that I have a prescription cream for in order for it to heal. I’m not sure it’s the best to get all sweaty and irritate it. Does anyone know if it will affect the process of healing if I work out and sweat?
