And I have lost 8 pounds!! :) I weighed 158 when starting again :(, but I weighed myself today at 150! Going to be back in the 140s in no time. Really think I can get down to 120 by August :) Next summer I hope to be 115 and maybe even a bit toned? Who knows. But I am very proud of the progress I have made in the past 1.5 weeks!
I get down because I gained a bunch of my lost weight back, but I have to remind myself that I am still further from where I started. I have moved ahead and fallen behind back and forth since two summers ago, but this time I am more determined than ever, especially since I know I have always reminded myself that I am still proud of the small steps I have taken.
Also- that shirt is now baggy on me! :)
It’s honestly wake up call time for me. In the last couple of months I’ve gained more weight back. It’s so embarrassing to even say this. I want to keep lying to myself and telling myself I haven’t gained weight but I have. I’m back between 142-144 so I’ve gained almost 10lbs back from my lowest weight of 133 from this summer. I am really down about this and I’m trying to assure myself I can still reach my goals for this summer. But is it really possible to lose 20-25lbs in 4months??? Idk.
I’m going to treat myself and get a new bikini. Hopefully I’ll be bikini ready! :) By the way… 30 day shred it is! Thanks for the suggestions, I think p90x will be my summer goal then :) Love my followers
I am trying to decide on which program to get started on. I have done the 30 day shred workout before and it really helped to keep me motivated. I am still in school right now- for another two months, and I am having a hard time balancing school and my health goals. But I want to see great results within 5 months, so I really need to get back into it. P90x is something I’ve wanted to do for a while, but I am stillll intimidated by it. I will be working out at the gym as well 3 days a week while I’m in school, so I really am not sure what to do. Anyone?
-Lose 20 pounds
-Have firmer arms
-Lose the belly pooch!
-Have firmer butt
-Be more confident in a bikini
My first goal weight is 130lbs, and I am 10lbs away from that. But I hope to get to my second goal weight of 120 by the end of June. I hope I can do it! :)
Went running last night and I bought a jump rope so that I could try jumping around the track. Didn’t make it around the whole track lol, just 1/4th of it. So now my goal is to eventually make it around the track. A little sore from all that yesterday, and going out again today to do it. I could workout at home tonight, since I am going to the gym tomorrow and will be active tomorrow night and on Sunday. Trying to decide- gym today or no gym today?…
So what I did today was actually this:
-Went to the gym for 1 hour
-Ate lunch (did actually have my spinach smoothie- which was surprisingly great)
-Played tennis for 40 mins
-Did the 30 day shred, first day on level 2 (and OMG… I basically died)
What I will now be doing:
-Go to the grocery store, then make supper
-Do 1 hour of at home workouts found online
-Shower (which will feel great)
-Annnd watch a movie with a snack
And I may read some more of my book later on. I need to eat more often -_- ugh. But anyways- I am pretttttty proud of myself for my effort and dedication today!
Feeling smaller today. It has been just about a month since I’ve started working out and eating better. The last weigh in (a month ago) I was 158. Not sure what my weight is now and won’t have an accurate weigh in until next month with a personal trainer, but I am already seeing a difference :) I will post before and afters when I reach my goal/get close to it! But today I am feeling good about my progress at least :) My problem areas (in my opinion) are my thighs, belly and arms.—
Just starting my fitness blog. Have been working out for about a month or so now and I am really hoping for progress this year! I started this last year and went for 5 months- lost 15 pounds and I only ad 15 more to go to lose my goal of 30. I ended up getting back into bad eating habits again and stopped working out so instead I gained the 15 pounds back. So now I am starting over. My first weigh in was sometime in mid-June and I weighed 162lbs. My last weigh in was about a month ago and I was 158lbs and my goal is to get to 130, and hopefully just begin to learn how to maintain at that point. Last year I got to 145. In the last month I do not know how much/if I have lost any weight. But I have been trying very hard to stick to a healthier diet and a lot of working out and activities. Wish me luck! My next accurate weigh in will be August 15th, when I meet with a personal trainer again! Hopefully I can soon post some before and after pictures when a difference starts to show.
