Feeling more confident lately in my own skin. New yoga pants, new shorts and new sweaters that I actually feel comfortable wearing and not ashamed while wearing them :)

Because I said I feel good about myself today :)
Feeling smaller today. It has been just about a month since I’ve started working out and eating better. The last weigh in (a month ago) I was 158. Not sure what my weight is now and won’t have an accurate weigh in until next month with a personal trainer, but I am already seeing a difference :) I will post before and afters when I reach my goal/get close to it! But today I am feeling good about my progress at least :) My problem areas (in my opinion) are my thighs, belly and arms.
