I took a photo yesterday of my backside to compare it to the beginning of my journey. And whoa! :) I am so proud of the progress I have made on my bum. Those squats are definitely helping. Nowhere near finished obviously but I am so glad I took an updated pic. I don’t think I’m going to post it on here, but I wanted to be able to celebrate this :)
And I have lost 8 pounds!! :) I weighed 158 when starting again :(, but I weighed myself today at 150! Going to be back in the 140s in no time. Really think I can get down to 120 by August :) Next summer I hope to be 115 and maybe even a bit toned? Who knows. But I am very proud of the progress I have made in the past 1.5 weeks!
I get down because I gained a bunch of my lost weight back, but I have to remind myself that I am still further from where I started. I have moved ahead and fallen behind back and forth since two summers ago, but this time I am more determined than ever, especially since I know I have always reminded myself that I am still proud of the small steps I have taken.
Also- that shirt is now baggy on me! :)
Gained most of the weight back during the school year. But I know this is my year. I am more determined now, and I know I can do it and stick with it, because I have done it before. I feel ashamed after all of the progress I did make to be back here again, but I want to be honest about it because I know that fitblr is the best support for my journey. This time is the one! I can feel it :)
I’ve been nothing but sick for the past week and a half and it’s my week off of school right now. I’ve gained some more weight back because I can’t do anything but lay in bed. And so much productive schoolwork time has been wasted since I started the break. This is horrible. I need to get on track here. Sickness be gone!

Even though I’ve gone backwards a bit, I am still in a better spot than I used to be. I just have to remember that before I keep going back.—

Progress Update. I have been falling behind lately. But I haven’t done a side by side comparison since last month so here it is. First pictures are JUNE (at 162) and second ones are SEPTEMBER (a day ago, and at 137). School has officially started up and I have already found working out and eating regularly a challenge, but I am still determined.—
